It’s not all “virtual” accounting. We visit and communicate with our clients on a regular basis.

We use specialist software and the power of the Internet to help us work closely with our clients. We have trained many of our clients to enter the day to day   transactions. At the end of the month, they email a back up of the accounting package to us for review and preparation of the management accounts.

We email PDF copies of draft accounts and payroll documentation to our clients.

We file many of the H.M. Revenue & Customs forms electronically.

We use the remote access facility of Windows to connect directly to the servers of our clients to review and update the accounting records.

We work with all the major accounts software packages and help our clients to implement and use new systems.
